All about Anna
Last Friday. GIRLS NITE.
i forgot to get bowls. so we had sundays in a cup.
lotsa lovely people in my living room.
then everyone gave Anna marriage advice. my advice was not to forget your family. said with utmost marriage experience.
SATURDAY
it was everything i wanted. i know it wasn’t about me…but…i wanted the whole “give your sister away” thing. the shopping for last minute things you forgot. the running around and doing nails and hair and looking for dresses and talking to people i haven’t in so long…
ze most beautiful place
Aunt Carol did so so much! Thank you Aunt Carol and Uncle Loren!
Uncle Roger wore tights. see the chocolate fountain under his arm? Anna’s idea.
THANK YOU Uncle Roger, Aunt Robin, Uncle Verdon, and Aunt Becky for your amazing work. they pulled off all the food service.
Ed and Cindy to the rescue! Cindy made balloon swords for all those unarmed. Those lion things John and Dad have on are called “Hauberks” now you learned something today.
ze happy couple and their Nana
some Winzeler family
some Embry family
some jousting
and then the real show
they went along nicely for awhile
and then i don’t know what happened
We had a wonderful storyteller
and a beautiful bride who said “it couldn’t have been better.”
And all the peasents rejoiced.

You have the most interesting pictures I’ve seen in a while on here. So they got married in a Medieval-style wedding, I assume?
And you’re back in the US?
@GreekPhysique - yes, i am in the US…since Christmas and until July 6. and i am enjoying it quite a lot. more than usual. i shouldn’t make a habit of this.
interesting is a good word. yes. my sister got hitched at the justice of the peace last October while i was in Brasil. so this celebration/wedding thing was her reconciling me and her family to the fact that they got left out before. my church just happens to have this PLACE all medieval decorated…we have this great karate/judo/boxing ministry…and so everything was already set up for us, including boxing ring for the jousting.
